Bloodmobiles
OBS INC. Bloodmobiles deliver unparalleled craftsmanship and function to your blood product collection program. Built on a variety of platforms to meet specific mission requirements, our unique designs and attention to detail provide flexibility for additions and upgrades throughout the life of the vehicle.
Larger bloodmobiles, typically four beds and up, are generally built on our Blue Bird Concept ™ school bus chassis in lengths from 30 to 40 feet. Other coach platforms are available, including classic walk-in vans (think UPS truck). Lengths providing up to 53 feet of cargo space and features like slide-out room extensions, are available to accommodate special equipments or enhance administration or clinical space.
Smaller bloodmobiles, accommodating two to four beds, are generally built on our Adventure III and Adventure V platforms with Ford, GMC, or Freightliner chassis depending on the application. As with any of our special purpose vehicles, we pay particular attention to specific customer needs so that your blood product collection program is supported dependably and thoughtfully in the manner only OBS INC. Bloodmobiles can provide.
